These terms apply to your use of vanderlinderecycling.com (the "site"), operated by van der Linde Recycling & Container Rentals ("we", "us", or "our").

Service descriptions, pricing, and availability shown on the site are provided for informational purposes and may change without notice. The dumpster-quote calculator and product calculators on this site provide estimates only; final price depends on actual delivery distance, weight, materials, and any service-area adjustments. We will confirm final pricing before any service is rendered.

Materials & loads

Acceptance of any specific material is subject to our published list of accepted materials and applicable law. Loads containing prohibited or hazardous materials (e.g., lithium-ion batteries, paint, chemicals, asbestos) may be refused or surcharged. For questions about an unusual load, please call 434-589-1948.

Gravel and product disclaimers

Our gravel is recovered from concrete, brick, block, and asphalt processed at our facility, and is not VDOT certified. We sell out of products from time to time; please call before driving in to confirm availability. Loads of recovered material may contain trace amounts of metal or foreign objects despite careful sorting.

Site use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape, or otherwise interfere with its operation. We reserve the right to limit or terminate access for misuse.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Virginia.
